Shift: Nights (11p-7a)
Pay: $93,600 – $120,640 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Manager RN Labor and Delivery – Night Shift for an exciting opportunity in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recent acute care L&D leadership experience required.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• BCLS certified; Medication Learning Module.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in ACLS, TX Room, PACU, ICU, HS, L&D, or OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, analyze, and appraise patient care within a 15–20 bed Labor and Delivery unit.
• Advise leadership on patient care status, budgets, and quality improvements.
• Anticipate departmental needs to enhance care quality.
• Serve as a resource for staff education and promote clinical competence.
• Collaborate with teams to advance the hospital’s mission of exceptional women-centered care.
• Lead a high-volume L&D team in a mission-driven environment prioritizing women first.
