Pay: $99,923.20 – $149,864.00 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Women’s Services – Day Shift for an exciting job in Overland Park, KS.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of recent managerial or director-level experience in Women’s Services at a large, high-acuity hospital (3,500+ births annually).
Nursing school graduate required; BSN preferred.
Active RN license or multistate compact license as permitted by state regulations.
Specialty certification preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain BCLS certification.
