Job Title: LPN / LVN – Medical Surgical
Location: Rochester, NY 14621
Shift: Nights (3×12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00)

Active NY LPN license required at submission
Recent hospital experience within the last 2 years
Must be able to take an independent patient assignment with RN support
Every other weekend required
Night shift schedule: 3×12s
EPIC experience preferred
