Shift: Day Shift, 3×12-hour shifts (11:00–23:30)

A healthcare facility in Syracuse is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide care within a Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. This role requires strong behavioral health experience and the ability to work in an inpatient environment. Client name is intentionally omitted for confidentiality.
Provide nursing care to pediatric and adolescent patients within an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Support therapeutic interventions and behavioral health treatment plans.
Collaborate with nursing staff, mental health professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Assist in crisis management and ensure a safe care environment.
Work every other weekend and select holidays as required.
Complete timely and accurate documentation per unit and facility standards.
Active New York State LPN/LVN license – Required
Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
Psychiatric/behavioral health experience – Required
Pediatric experience – Preferred
Prior experience in an inpatient setting – Preferred
Ability to consistently work 11:00–23:30 shifts
