Position: LPN / LVN – Behavioral Health
Location: Syracuse, NY
Type: Contract
Shift: Day, 3×12 hrs (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $45–$48/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN / LVN – Behavioral Health for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to adult psychiatric patients.
Assist with patient assessments and monitoring.
Administer medications as per physician orders.
Support mental health treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Float to other psychiatric units as required based on facility needs.
Requirements:
Active New York State LPN/LVN License (Required).
Prior experience in Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Unit preferred.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
