Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Location: Elizabeth, CO 80107
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 billable hours per week (07:30–15:30)
Orientation: All hours billable
Block Scheduling: No
We are seeking an experienced and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavior support services within a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support student success in the educational environment.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs throughout the school day.
Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistently.
Assist with crisis intervention using approved CPI techniques when necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to promote positive behavior and engagement.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all school and district policies.
Active RBT Certification – Required
Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience – Required
Current CPI Certification – Required
Ability to work full 7.5-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs.
