Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic on a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and be comfortable working with sports medicine and post-operative patient populations. First-time travelers are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic environment.
Treat a caseload consisting of sports medicine and post-operative patients.
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week.
Treat 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits when needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and clinic standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Certifications Required:
BLS (AHA)
Active Physical Therapy License/Certification
