Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional business units in implementing, configuring, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role is fully remote and requires hands-on functional configuration expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to translate operational needs into Oracle HCM Cloud requirements.
Configure, customize, test, and support Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, and Reporting.
Perform business process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and data analytics.
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, track resolutions, and ensure quality delivery.
Assist with data migration activities, validating accuracy and completeness.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
2–3+ years as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud).
Strong functional expertise in modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, and data migration.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications required.
10–15 years total professional experience.
Background in payroll operations.
Experience with full life-cycle implementations.
Hands-on experience designing/testing conversions, integrations, interfaces, and custom reporting.
