We are seeking an experienced ISD Solutions Manager to lead and coordinate all activities within a large, enterprise Information Systems department. This role provides ongoing leadership to ensure effective delivery of high-quality services across a complex corporate IT environment.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems, strong management experience, and specific knowledge of Infor Lawson ERP. This is a strategic leadership position that involves oversight of technical teams, major system initiatives, vendor partnerships, and operational performance—while supporting organizational values and long-term objectives.
The ISD Solutions Manager reports directly to the Director of ISD Solutions.
Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and supervision for all departmental operations and team members.
Coordinate and manage complex IT initiatives across mainframe, minicomputer, and microcomputer environments.
Ensure efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality information systems services.
Lead organizational change management and project management efforts across multiple enterprise-level initiatives.
Manage system development tools, methodologies, and technical strategies for the department.
Oversee operational and project-related budgets, ensuring responsible financial performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
Mentor, develop, and grow team members to build leadership and technical capabilities.
Manage contract negotiations and vendor performance for assigned technology areas.
Drive multiple projects to successful completion through exceptional planning and organizational discipline.
Provide executive-level communication, presentations, and reporting as needed.
10+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex corporate information systems.
ERP system expertise required (Infor Lawson experience preferred).
Proven management experience overseeing teams, system operations, major projects, and vendor relationships.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of IT projects.
Strong understanding of contract negotiation processes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently across diverse technical areas.
Deep knowledge of system operations, problem resolution, and high-complexity technical environments.
Demonstrated success mentoring teams through multiple full-cycle project implementations.
Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of completing tasks and projects on time.
