We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Billing Coordinator to support the tactical execution of a Retail Media Network’s media operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for managing financial processes, supporting the sales record system (Salesforce), and partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams.
Manage monthly financial forecasting by partnering with the media sales team on individual and team revenue goals.
Lead the contracting process with brand partners to ensure accurate and efficient media campaign billing.
Support the development, implementation, and daily use of Salesforce for the media sales team.
Maintain organization across internal platforms such as Salesforce, Advendio, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
Collaborate across the organization to compile data, investigate issues, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Pull and prepare reports to support business development and identify opportunities for the sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, finance, or a billing-related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Advanced problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working under time constraints and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
