Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (Evenings/Nights)
Location: Decorah, IA
Type: Contract
Shifts: Variable Evenings or Nights, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. Flexible evening and night shifts are available to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document resident health status and changes.
Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
Participate in care plan development and follow-up.
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Iowa.
Experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred.
Flexible availability for evening or night shifts.
