A large tertiary-care hospital is seeking experienced MS/Tele RNs for a rotating day/night schedule. Nurses must be able to manage an acute patient population with ratios of 1:5 to 1:7 and demonstrate strong telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and emergency response skills. This role includes care delivery in an Acute Stroke Unit environment, providing specialized evidence-based treatment for stroke and neurological patients.
Active NY RN license in hand (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year MS/Tele or acute care experience

EPIC charting experience required
Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
Participation in Rapid Response and Code events
MedSurg ratios 1:5–1:7
Peripheral IV care and phlebotomy
Isolation precautions
Respiratory support including:
Nasal cannula
Oxygen face mask
Portable oxygen tank
Non-invasive airway support
