Day: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Night: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Total Hours: 34.5/week
Travel Rate: $2,830 – $3,014/week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a dynamic and high-volume L&D unit. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns while ensuring safety, comfort, and effective coordination throughout the birthing process. This role requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns.
Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, and assist with conscious sedation procedures.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
Collaborate effectively with providers, midwives, and support staff.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maternal and child health.
At least 2 years of experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
Active New York RN license (Primary Source Verification required).
Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
