Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

11.5-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
34.5 hours/week
Local Rate: $2,500 – $2,725.50/week
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity Level III Perinatal Center. This role involves providing specialized, compassionate care to high-risk newborns in a fast-paced, technologically advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive maternal–child nursing care in a NICU setting.
Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and assist with conscious sedation procedures.
Monitor and manage critically ill neonates while collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care quality.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of maternal–child nursing experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
Minimum 2 years of conscious sedation experience.
Active New York State RN License.
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
