Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Location: Bronx, NY
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
3 days/week
11.5-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
34.5 hours/week
Travel Rate: $3,000 – $3,301 per week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity Level III Perinatal Center. The RN will provide specialized, compassionate care to high-risk newborns in a fast-paced, technologically advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Deliver comprehensive maternal–child nursing care in a Level III NICU environment.
Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and assist with conscious sedation procedures.
Monitor and manage critically ill neonates, collaborating closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and adhere to the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Associate’s Degree (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of maternal–child nursing experience.
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience assisting with conscious sedation.
Active New York State RN License.
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
