Schedule: Sunday, Friday, Saturday
Contract Length: 9 weeks
Role Overview
This travel RN position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a rehabilitation or sub-acute setting. The nurse will work independently across long day shifts while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for patients in a rehab/sub-acute care environment
Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient conditions, and update care plans as needed
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility protocol and regulations
Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
Coordinate with therapists, providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as appropriate
Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines
Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care throughout long shift hours
Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (rehab, med-surg, SNF, or similar setting preferred)
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and time-management skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as scheduled
Current BLS certification
