Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Local Rate: $1,087.50/Week
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Sterile Processing Production Technician for an exciting job in Long Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming loaner and consignment trays for accuracy and completeness.
Verify tray contents before and after sterilization according to standards and documentation.
Collaborate with SPD leadership to track tray movement through sterilization and return cycles.
Communicate with vendors and team members to keep tray processing on schedule.
Support daily production workflows and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Identify and escalate discrepancies related to trays or documentation.
Maintain organized workspaces to promote efficient SPD operations.
Assist with vendor coordination, delivery confirmations, and documentation.
Record accurate data in tracking systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
Support quality assurance initiatives aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy, turnaround, and communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SPD, including loaner and consignment tray handling.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality.
Familiarity with instrument tracking systems and documentation processes.
Team-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
