Contract: 1 Year | 40 hours/week (Occasional extended hours)

Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Acquia/Drupal Software Administrator to provide technical leadership, hands-on development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of an enterprise-level, production CMS built on Acquia/Drupal.

Key Responsibilities

Acquia/Drupal CMS Administration & Development

  • Configure and administer the Acquia/Drupal tenant, including data, display, site structure, and information architecture.

  • Deliver full web solutions including UI/UX design and back-end module development.

  • Select, create, and implement custom Drupal modules.

  • Maintain and enhance a fully responsive, ADA-compliant public-facing website.

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the primary technical subject-matter expert for the Acquia/Drupal CMS.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.

  • Review design documentation; enforce coding standards and CMS best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide detailed recommendations.

  • Mentor team members on PHP, Drupal, and CMS best practices.

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with project leads, analysts, and cross-functional teams.

  • Assign and guide team tasks through successful implementation.

  • Contribute to solution design, architectural decisions, and documentation.

  • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and CMS operational support.

Maintenance, Support & Upgrades

  • Provide real-time production support, diagnosing and resolving issues.

  • Implement new features, security patches, updates, and bug fixes.

  • Ensure the CMS aligns with evolving business and technical standards.

  • Support releases and environment changes.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, requirements, design specifications, and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Candidates must meet all of the following:

  • 3+ years of PHP coding and testing experience

  • 3+ years of HTML coding and testing experience

  • 3+ years of JavaScript coding and testing experience

  • 3+ years configuring and managing Acquia/Drupal CMS environments

  • 3+ years gathering, documenting, and managing functional and technical requirements

  • 2+ years coding with responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience exceeding the minimum requirements

  • Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal 9 or above

  • Experience with HTML5, Bootstrap, and Twig

  • Experience developing ADA-compliant web pages

  • Experience working with SQL
