Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license (DE)
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and patient-care skills
