Job Title: CT Technologist (Contract)
Location: New York, NY 10011
Duration: 8 Weeks
Hours: 37.5 hours/week | Varied shifts
Pay Rate: $60–$62 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking CT Technologist for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Utilize appropriate imaging techniques (kV/mA) to produce high-quality diagnostic CT images.
Perform daily equipment calibration and quality control checks.
Administer contrast materials according to physician orders and protocol.
Maintain accurate documentation, complete logs, and report equipment issues as required.
Follow all radiation safety guidelines in accordance with ALARA principles.
Manage, retrieve, and prepare imaging data for radiologist interpretation.
Order and verify radiopharmaceutical doses when applicable.
Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required.
Strong ability to perform CT procedures following standardized protocols.
Ability to assess and respond to patient needs throughout the imaging process.
New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License (L.R.T).
ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
BLS certification.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
