Job Title: Computer Operator – Intermediate
Location: 100% Remote (South Carolina Residents Only)

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an Intermediate Computer Operator to support federally mandated updates for a state-level Medicaid system. This role focuses on data extraction, billing support, dashboard maintenance, automation of routine tasks, asset management, and Tier 1 ticketing support.
Perform monthly billing data extractions from SolarWinds and Excel; clean, transpose, and prepare data for the billing department.
Automate routine tasks wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Maintain and support the organization’s executive/interactive dashboards (Power BI).
Assist with asset management and infrastructure data collection.
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets used by internal teams.
Collaborate with a Technical Writer to document processes and ensure accuracy of procedures.
Provide Tier 1 support for the BMC Footprints ticketing system; serve as backup to the Footprints Administrator.
Assist with form and workspace updates in the ticketing system and help develop FAQs.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats while working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
