Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Weekends & Holidays: As needed
A new 10-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit is opening and seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in acute-care Med/Surg Telemetry settings, especially caring for post-operative and orthopedic patients.
Provide safe and effective nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
Care for post-operative and orthopedic patients.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory standards.
Follow safety and infection control procedures.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Minimum 2+ years of recent hospital experience on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
Experience with post-surgical and orthopedic patients required.
Active RN license (state or compact).
BLS
ACLS
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5
