Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a job in Duluth, GA.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine diagnostic X-ray exams following established imaging protocols.
Provide OR imaging support, including operating C-arm equipment during surgical procedures.
Ensure proper patient positioning to obtain high-quality images while maintaining safety and comfort.
Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment, ensuring proper function before and during use.
Review and confirm imaging orders, patient history, and contraindications.
Document imaging procedures accurately in the Cerner EMR system.
Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain compliance with facility standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and clinical teams to ensure smooth OR workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
Required: AHA BLS certification.
Required: ARRT certification.
Must have OR and C-arm experience.
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
