Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Seeking an experienced LTC Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. This role requires strong assessment skills, compassion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC environment.
Deliver direct nursing care to LTC residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
Monitor changes in resident conditions and communicate updates to providers and families.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain quality standards of care.
Document all nursing interventions according to facility policy and state regulations.
Support residents with ADLs, care goals, and emotional well-being.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
Active RN license (Alaska or compact-eligible if applicable).
Prior experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric care preferred.
BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on facility.
Strong patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
