Applications Analyst
Location: Houston, TX 77024 (Onsite)

Schedule: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Pay: $65–$70/hr
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an Applications Analyst with strong training and ERP support experience. This role designs and delivers end-user training (instructor-led and virtual), creates documentation (workflows, test scripts, curriculum), and provides ongoing application support to ensure users understand system functionality, workflows, and best practices. Works closely with business teams, operations, and IT to assess training needs, support access requirements, and optimize system usage.
Develop and deliver ERP training programs and materials.
Create and maintain workflows, test scripts, reports, and documentation.
Translate user needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
Provide application support and participate in on-call rotation.
Troubleshoot issues, develop recommendations, and ensure minimal disruption to users.
Maintain strong knowledge of assigned applications and tools.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
Support projects, special assignments, and departmental goals.
Experience in training or application support within a large corporate environment.
Working knowledge of system development tools and methodologies.
2+ years in systems analysis, design, testing, or implementation; healthcare MIS preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
