Job Title: CNA – LTC
Location: Anchorage, AK
Type: Contract
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: From $25/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking CNA – LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage, AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Support mobility through safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Document all care provided according to facility policies
Provide compassionate and respectful care within a long-term care setting
Work collaboratively with nursing staff to promote quality resident care
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification (Alaska)
Previous LTC or SNF experience required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents
