Radiologic Technologist – Interventional
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay: $65 – $77/hr
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Radiologic Technologist – Interventional for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
AAS degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
New York State Radiologic Technologist license/registration (or eligibility)
ARRT certification (must be obtained within one year of appointment)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive radiologic technology experience
Current CPR certification
Registered certification for Contrast Injection
Perform diagnostic and interventional radiographic examinations as ordered
Greet patients, explain imaging procedures, and ensure proper positioning
Set appropriate exposure factors to produce high-quality radiographs
Maintain strict radiation safety and protection standards to minimize exposure
Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report equipment issues to a supervisor
Process images and accurately enter documentation into the Radiology Information System (RIS)
Follow department procedures, policies, and established imaging protocols
Provide radiologic services based on the clinical needs of referring physicians and radiologists
