Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage, AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Document patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes according to facility policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Alaska
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
