This is a dynamic position working with students from preschool through high school, many of whom present with medically fragile conditions, complex communication needs, and/or behavioral challenges. The caseload is approximately 30 students, with a portion receiving virtual services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track progress for a varied caseload.

  • Deliver services across multiple locations and educational environments, including virtual platforms when appropriate.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and family members to support individualized student goals.

  • Document services, maintain compliance with school-based therapy requirements, and participate in IEP processes.

  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of medically fragile students and those with significant behavioral or communication challenges.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility).

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
