Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist 

Contract • Multiple Locations • $40–$55/hr 

Overview 

This role provides Physical Therapy services across various care settings, focusing on functional improvement and patient independence. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Assess physical conditions and establish rehab strategies. 

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual techniques. 

• Use specialized therapy equipment. 

• Modify treatment plans based on patient outcomes. 

• Offer patient and family education. 

• Collaborate with care teams for continuity. 

• Keep accurate and timely documentation. 

Qualifications 

• PT degree and state licensure. 

• Current CPR/BLS certification. 

• Experience preferred but not required.
