Job Title: ED Registered Nurse – Critical Response 

Location: Multiple Locations • Type: Contract

Position Overview: 

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years ER experience 

• Pediatric emergency exposure required 

• Documented travel RN assignments 

• Two leadership-level ED references 

• Completed ED competency checklist 

• Current driver’s license with matching address 

• Mandatory Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC 

• Verified RN license(s) across all states 

• EPIC EMR background required 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide immediate and safe care for emergency patients 

• Execute rapid triage and identify acuity levels 

• Administer treatments, trauma support, and lifesaving measures 

• Coordinate care with physicians and charge nurses 

• Document assessments/interventions in EPIC 

• Offer compassionate communication during crises 

• Perform efficiently under unpredictable ED volume
