Shift: 8:50 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Duration: 29 Weeks
Pay: $24/hr
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant for an exciting job in Aldie, VA.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized personal care support, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines.
Support student participation in classroom activities, transitions, and school tasks.
Implement instructional and behavioral strategies provided by teachers and specialists.
Observe and document student needs, behaviors, and concerns; report updates to supervising staff.
Maintain a safe, supportive environment aligned with school protocols and student care plans.
Assist with classroom supervision, organization, and student redirection as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
Experience working with children or students in educational or care settings preferred.
Ability to assist with personal care tasks and provide physical support.
Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to follow care plans, behavior strategies, and school safety protocols.
Must meet all required background check requirements.
