Position Overview: 

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Manager, Clinical Resource Department for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations for case management and social services teams.
• Conduct patient unit rounds to identify challenges and facilitate discharge processes.
• Develop and deliver ongoing education and training for clinical resource staff, including new hires and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and track program compliance, analyze metrics, and drive process improvements.
• Mentor, coach, and foster collaboration among physicians, nurses, and clinical teams.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes in case management.
• Challenge existing practices and recommend solutions for continuous improvement aligned with organizational pillars of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Case Management or Clinical Documentation Integrity preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of case management experience in an acute setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in process improvement.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of CMS regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
