The Systems Analyst (Telecommunications) will support, manage, and enhance telephony and call-processing systems within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role involves handling incidents, coordinating with vendors, participating in planning activities, and assisting with system migrations. The ideal candidate has strong PBX experience, vendor management skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Handle incidents and service requests associated with telephony services and call-processing systems
Escalate complex issues to telephony vendors and track resolutions
Participate in planning meetings related to telephony initiatives and gather relevant requirements
Provide guidance on vendor contracts related to telephony support
Assist with planning and executing migrations to new telephony and call-processing platforms
5+ years of experience supporting traditional on-premises PBX systems
5+ years of experience managing relationships and escalations with support vendors
5+ years of experience gathering requirements for telephony-related initiatives
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must currently reside in Minnesota
