Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona 86004 (State License Required)
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Rate: $70 - $75 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting job in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with physician directives and care plans.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic assessments for speech, language, and hearing.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress goals.
Document all therapy sessions accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain active licensure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Active Arizona SLP license (required).
