Job Title: Registered Nurse – Clinical Research

Location: Dallas, TX
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 8-hour shifts

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a clinical research team in Dallas, TX. The RN will support clinical trials, patient care coordination, and data collection in accordance with regulatory and ethical research standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse interested in combining clinical expertise with innovative research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to participants enrolled in clinical research studies.

  • Assist in the execution of research protocols while ensuring compliance with study guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Collect, document, and manage research data accurately in electronic systems.

  • Monitor patients during study visits, assess vital signs, and report adverse events.

  • Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure study integrity and participant safety.

  • Educate participants and their families about research studies and procedures.

  • Maintain adherence to ethical principles, confidentiality, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed for specific study demands.

Requirements:

  • License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior research experience preferred.

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN).

  • Certifications: BLS required; additional research or clinical certifications (e.g., CCRC) are a plus.

  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and data management abilities.

  • Technology: Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
