Job Title: Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation)
Location: Hyannis, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Alternative schedule options: Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri
Pay Rate: $45 – $56 per hour
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and establish individualized, measurable treatment goals.
Design and implement evidence-based treatment programs focused on functional recovery.
Conduct diagnostic tests to assess muscle, nerve, joint, and functional capacity.
Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge plans.
Mentor and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and student affiliates.
Support departmental quality improvement and staff training initiatives.
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
