Position Title: Radiology Technologist
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day | 32–40 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other weekend | 8- or 10-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: $54 – $59 per hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Radiology Technologist for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic procedures using proper techniques and radiation safety practices.

  • Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations to obtain optimal diagnostic views.

  • Set up, operate, and maintain imaging equipment; ensure functionality and report maintenance needs.

  • Review patient history, clinical data, and physician requests to ensure accurate imaging.

  • Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients and address any concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.

  • Assist physicians with specialized procedures, including needle biopsies.

  • Evaluate images for technical quality and proper labeling.

  • Maintain accurate radiology records and documentation in compliance with departmental standards.

  • Support educational activities related to clinical and didactic instruction in radiologic technology.

  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

  • Demonstrate the organization’s core values of compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and service in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.

  • ARRT certification (or registry eligible).

  • Massachusetts state radiology license.

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
