Job Title: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care

Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Progressive Care for an exciting job in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or stepdown setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing early signs of complications.
Administer medications and manage complex treatment plans under physician supervision.
Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to support patients requiring intermediate care between ICU and med-surg levels.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Accurately document patient information and care delivery in the EMR system.
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience within Progressive Care (PCU) or related specialties (ICU or Stepdown/Intermediate accepted).
Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Skills: Excellent critical thinking, patient assessment, and communication abilities; strong ability to manage high-acuity patients.
