Job Title: Application Analyst 
Location: 100% Remote


Overview

This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, enhancement, coding, testing, and debugging of enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET and modern web frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural understanding, hands-on coding capability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in an Agile environment. This role involves frequent collaboration with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional development teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET.

  • Lead full SDLC activities including architecture, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and support.

  • Develop secure, scalable, and high-availability solutions.

  • Implement application integration solutions using SOA or middleware.

  • Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on patterns, optimization, and best practices.

  • Develop web-based UI components for dashboards and data visualization.

  • Design, maintain, and extend SharePoint solutions, including forms and web parts.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience (required).

  • Strong experience in enterprise .NET application development.

  • Experience developing applications using object-oriented design principles and Gang of Four design patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with application integration via SOA or middleware.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Proven ability to develop high-availability, secure applications.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Mentorship experience with technical teams.


Technical Requirements

.NET / Backend:

  • Microsoft .NET (including Blazor)

  • SQL Development

  • IIS application hosting

  • Visual Studio, SSMS, PowerShell

  • Source control tools (e.g., TFS, Git)

Web & UI:

  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, jQuery, AJAX

  • AngularJS, Knockout, Bootstrap, Sass/LESS

  • UI component frameworks (e.g., Telerik/Kendo, Syncfusion)

SharePoint:

  • Designing, developing, customizing SharePoint solutions


Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Epic software / Epic Certifications

  • Epic Interconnect Programming

  • M / Intersystems Cache programming

  • HL7 data exchange

  • Business Objects or other reporting platforms

  • Hadoop / Big Data frameworks

  • In-memory OLTP or data warehousing platforms
