Market Hourly Rates:
Physical Therapist: $55–$70 per hour
Occupational Therapist: $48–$57 per hour
Speech Therapist: $48–$57 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on improving residents’ physical function, mobility, and communication abilities through individualized therapy plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement patient-centered therapy plans
Maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in care conferences
Support resident safety, rehabilitation progress, and wellness initiatives
Qualifications:
Active New Jersey license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
Previous long-term care rehabilitation experience preferred
