Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Document detailed business and functional requirements to support process and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Support the design and implementation of new business processes or systems aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Conduct research and gather data to develop insights and recommendations for operational efficiencies.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and proposed solutions.

  • Follow established business analysis methodologies and best practices.

  • Work closely under the supervision of a manager or senior analyst, applying independent judgment when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Understanding of business systems, process modeling, and documentation methods.

    • Familiarity with data analysis techniques and common office or productivity software (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to follow structured processes and established guidelines.
