We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Oregon City, Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered rehabilitative care, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and quality of life for individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide therapy sessions focusing on mobility improvement, pain reduction, and physical function restoration.
Document all patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain productivity standards, seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day and achieving 60 visits per week.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Ensure all therapy services align with professional, ethical, and facility standards.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
License: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
Experience:
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
New graduates accepted with strong clinical training and interest in orthopedics.
First-time travelers not accepted.

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Commitment to quality, compassionate patient care.
Schedule: 36-hour guarantee, up to 40 hours/week.
Overtime: Must be approved by the director prior to working OT hours.
Floating: No float required to other clinics.
Patient Population: General outpatient orthopedic.
Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week; double-booking of follow-ups as needed.
