Position Title: Travel RN/Registered Nurse
Location: Gallup, NM 87301
Job Type: Contract | Travel
Shift: Days (12-hour shifts, Fri, Sat, Sun)
Duration: 9-Week Assignment
Payrate: $40 to $45/hr ($1,440 to $1,620/week)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel RN/Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Gallup, NM.
Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols.
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with facility policies.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules as required.
