Shift: Nights | 5x8-hour shifts
Local Pay Range: $42–$45/hour
Travel Pay Range: $50–$53/hour
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift for an exciting job in Falmouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing assistants in delivering resident care.
Assist with shift coordination and daily nursing operations.
Document resident care activities including admissions, discharges, and treatments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes promptly.
Participate in physician rounds and coordinate care plans as needed.
Perform skilled nursing duties such as IV/IM administration, wound care, and specimen collection.
Conduct vital sign checks and regular health assessments.
Maintain adequate medication and supply inventory.
Educate residents and families on care plans and health management.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and patient rights.
Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active Massachusetts LPN license required.
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
Strong understanding of clinical practices, long-term care standards, and compliance regulations.
