We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night shift assignment in Brick, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work effectively in a high-acuity healthcare environment, providing exceptional patient-centered respiratory care.
Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients under physician supervision.
Monitor, assess, and record patient responses to respiratory treatments and modify care plans as needed.
Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment safely and efficiently.
Respond to emergency situations, including code blues and rapid response calls.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Uphold professional, ethical, and safety standards in all aspects of care.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
License: Current New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA).
Experience: Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Skills: Strong professionalism, accountability, and dedication to patient-centered care.
