Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Sumter, SC.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina
Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in a clinical or acute care setting
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
