Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hayward, CA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical findings.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP preferred).
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation setting.
Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
New graduates with strong clinical rotations in similar environments may be considered.
