RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D RN)
Location: Watsonville, CA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts
Pay Rate(Local): Up to $2,760/week
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN – Labor & Delivery for an exciting job in Watsonville, CA.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care throughout all stages of labor, delivery, and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Precept and mentor new nursing staff and students as assigned.
Support patient education and provide emotional support to families.
May assume Relief Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
Qualifications:
Active California RN License (required)
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience in an acute care hospital
BLS and ACLS certifications (required prior to orientation completion)
NRP and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certifications (required)
