Position Overview: The Trauma Program Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the trauma program, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous readiness aligned with state and national trauma standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee trauma program development, quality outcomes, and operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with ACS, state, and hospital trauma regulations and standards
• Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, emergency department, ICU, and surgical services
• Lead budgeting, staffing, accreditation, and survey preparation activities
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and oversee trauma registry functions

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience in trauma program management
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
